Graduated from Tianjin University in 1989 with a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. For many years, we have been committed to the microbial fermentation, extraction, and drug synthesis production technology of raw materials and intermediates in the pharmaceutical field, with rich experience in production, technical management, and talent cultivation. Led and participated in the design and construction of multiple pharmaceutical projects, including the construction of a 1500 ton penicillin fermentation workshop, a 1000 ton truncated pleurotus fermentation and extraction project, and an annual production of 2000 tons of tamoxifen synthesis project, as well as the debugging and trial production of related production systems.

He has won the title of middle-aged and young experts with outstanding contributions in Hebei Province, the title of model worker in Shijiazhuang City and other honors. The Penicillin Fermentation Process Optimization won the second prize of the National Education Commission for Science and Technology Progress, and the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award for Research on Penicillin Fermentation Process Optimization Technology.

Published dozens of papers in multiple professional journals, including "Establishment of an Economic Model for Penicillin Fermentation" and "Effects of Ventilation Stirring on Kla in Penicillin Fermentation".
