Dr. Chen Ping

A well-known domestic expert in chemical and pharmaceutical technology, a senior engineer, a member of the Pharmaceutical Engineering Professional Committee of "Process Industry", a distinguished expert of the EHS Management Professional Committee of the China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Management Association, a member of the Academic Committee of the National Engineering Technology Center for Pharmaceutical Wastewater Pollution Control, an industrial tutor for doctoral students at Beijing University of Technology, a member of the School-Enterprise Cooperation Engineering Education Steering Committee of Hebei University of Science and Technology, the Chief Technology Officer of TIANS Group, and the Vice Chairman of the Science and Technology Committee of TIANS.

He holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, and a Doctor's degree in Business Administration jointly trained by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Singapore Management University (2022).

Having been deeply engaged in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry for nearly 30 years, he is proficient in policies and regulations, cutting-edge technologies and production processes, and has helped many well-known enterprises realize the industrialization transformation from laboratory to large-scale production. He has made significant breakthroughs and innovations in a number of 863 projects and provincial and ministerial-level environmental protection research projects. His research results have an important impact on promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring environmental safety and people's health, and have achieved significant environmental and social benefits.

He presided over the formulation of Hebei Provincial Local Standard "Technical Guidelines for Volatile Organic Compounds and Odorous Gas Pollution Control in Biological and Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry" (DB 13/T 5363-2021). He has authored monographs such as "Treatment and Control of High-Concentration Refractory Organic Wastewater" and "National Environment-Friendly Enterprise Creation Work Manual", and holds 9 invention patents.
