Master of Environmental Engineering from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, and Doctor of Business Administration jointly trained by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Singapore Management University (2022). He has been engaged in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry for nearly 30 years, and is proficient in policies and regulations, research and development of new technologies and forward-looking layout, product market analysis and technical and economic evaluation, treatment of high-difficulty wastewater, and treatment of VOCs/odor. He has helped many well-known enterprises realize the industrialization transformation from laboratory to large-scale production.

He has made major breakthroughs and innovations in the research of many 863 projects and provincial and ministerial-level environmental protection scientific research projects. His research achievements have an important impact on promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring environmental safety and people's health, and have significant environmental and social benefits. He has published more than 20 papers, presided over the formulation of the Hebei Provincial Local Standard "Technical Guidelines for Pollution Control of Volatile Organic Compounds and Odorous Gases in the Biological and Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry" (DB 13/T 5363-2021), authored monographs such as "Treatment and Control of High-concentration Refractory Organic Wastewater" and "National Environment-friendly Enterprise Creation Work Manual", and obtained 32 authorized patents.
