Since 2023, the "TIANS ELITES" of TIANS Group have been revised to the Outstanding Contribution Award, Outstanding Youth Award, Outstanding Designer Award and Outstanding Engineer Award, the highest honors of TIANS Group. (The original awards were the Outstanding Contribution Award, Outstanding Scientist Award, Outstanding Youth Award and 10+ Student Union Outstanding Person Award.) Winners of the TIANS Outstanding Contribution Award are the founders behind TIANS Group’s continuous leaps forward. As middle and senior managers, they have delivered remarkable achievements throughout the Group’s development journey and stand as genuine trailblazers of TIANS. Recipients of the TIANS Outstanding Youth Award serve as role models and professional benchmarks for young employees at TIANS. They have attained outstanding performance and made vital contributions in their respective positions. Honorees of the TIANS Outstanding Engineer Award are leading engineering and technical professionals who have rendered exceptional contributions to TIANS in production, construction and scientific research. They play a key role in accelerating the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements both inside and outside the Group and advancing industrial technological progress, forming the vanguard of TIANS’ engineering and technical workforce. Winners of the TIANS Outstanding Designer Award are the core backbone of TIANS Design and staunch practitioners of the "Quality by Design" principle. Youth Together "Ju" Future Together TIANS 10+ Student Union was founded on October 29, 2013. It is an NGO composed of outstanding employees who joined Tianjushi immediately after graduating from universities and have worked for more than ten years in total. As a vivid embodiment of Tianjushi's culture and spirit, they not only carry forward the company's core values of equality, respect, trust, cooperate and share, but also form a warm "family". They grow together and achieve each other, devoting their youth and wisdom to the development of the company to create a better future.     "Home" symbolizes that the members of the student union form a warm "home" together and struggle and grow up in TIANS this big family. "Hold our hands together and write miracles with our youthful hands" is the lyrics of TIANS 10+Student Union song, which means that young students, starting from the first day of leaving the university campus, will hold hands, work together, share the wind and rain, share joy, jointly create a better tomorrow in TIANS, make more achievements and create more miracles for "home"!   Learn more >
TIANS DBA&EMBA Class Association was established in October 2011 and is one of the NGO organizations with TIANS characteristics. It is composed of TIANS DBA and EMBA graduates and students who are studying. TIANS DBA&EMBA Class Association aims to share and exchange learning experiences, discuss difficult problems in work, expand training and other activities, make staff closer, improve themselves, develop TIANS and accumulate more wisdom strength! So far, TIANS DBA&EMBA Class Association has more than 30 students from famous universities such as China Europe International Business School, City University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Renmin University of China, Tianjin University and Beijing University of Science and Technology.     TIANS DBA&EMBA Class Association, composed of a doctor of business administration and a master of business administration, is a symbol of knowledge and strength. The red and blue tassels on the emblem are respectively refined from the superposition of the tassels on the doctor's cap and the master's cap, representing DBA&EMBA. At the same time, the left and right symmetry of the shape has the power of convergence, implying the cultural concept of DBA&EMBA students gathering wisdom, innovation and common growth. CRACK TROOPS Program An army that is tenacious, combat-effective and invincible on the battlefield is entitled the Crack Troops. The TIANS Crack Troops Program aims to select TIANS Crack Troops, recognize and document outstanding collectives that excel as performance pioneers, corporate culture pioneers and team building pioneers in the Group’s development. It strives to build high-performing teams and inspire a sense of collective honor among every employee within their respective teams. The TIANS Crack Troops represent the Group’s inaugural team honor, serving as the finest embodiment of TIANS’ strongest fighting units and corporate spirit.
