As TIANS Group’s first cross-cycle progressive honor, TEN HEROES OF BLUE BLOOD represents our supreme tribute to long-term thinkers. Established to recognize top talents who, like fixed stars, have been tempered by time and made outstanding contributions to the Group’s long-term development, it stands as the most coveted career pinnacle for every TIANS member. Winning this honor marks a "marathon" journey featuring both innovative edge and cross-cycle resilience, a destination only true champions can reach.

TEN HEROES OF BLUE BLOOD adopts a five-year full selection cycle. Each year, the Group will select 15 outstanding representatives as annual candidates based on strategic breakthroughs, exceptional achievements and cultural exemplariness. After five years of accumulation, ten most representative individuals will be chosen from the cumulative candidate pool to be awarded the title of TEN HEROES OF BLUE BLOOD, and another 15 individuals will receive the Nominee Award of TEN HEROES OF BLUE BLOOD in recognition of their important contributions at different stages.

Their deeds and spirit will forge TIANS’ most precious "blue blood" genes and serve as the supreme banner inspiring all TIANS members to pursue excellence and scale new heights.
