Technical Principles
Peaction Principle

The metal ions are immobilized as a solid-phase catalyst, primarily catalyzing the generation of free radicals from hydrogen peroxide. Concurrently, a small amount of dissolved initiator is added to enhance the catalyst's electron transfer capability, reduce catalyst consumption, and prolong its service life.

Stable Effect

The main reaction takes place in a tubular reactor. The reactor has a small diameter, a large length-to-diameter ratio, and little backmixing, approaching plug flow. The oxidant concentration parameters at the same position are constant, and the reaction effect is stable.

Fast Reaction Speed

The radial mixing speed of wastewater and oxidant in the pipeline is extremely fast (reaching the second level), which can significantly shorten the reaction time, reduce the ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and realize the high efficiency and integration of equipment.

Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger

The spiral plate heat exchanger is fabricated from a single rolled plate, featuring no welding or damage, with strong corrosion and scaling resistance. It is suitable for media with high solid content, and its 5mm flow width maximizes the utilization of steam latent heat. The temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is less than 20°C.
