Since 2023, the "TIANS ELITES" of TIANS Group have been revised to the Outstanding Contribution Award, Outstanding Youth Award, Outstanding Designer Award and Outstanding Engineer Award, the highest honors of TIANS Group. (The original awards were the Outstanding Contribution Award, Outstanding Scientist Award, Outstanding Youth Award and 10+ Student Union Outstanding Person Award.)

Honorees of the TIANS Outstanding Engineer Award are leading engineering and technical professionals who have rendered exceptional contributions to TIANS in production, construction and scientific research. They play a key role in accelerating the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements both inside and outside the Group and advancing industrial technological progress, forming the vanguard of TIANS’ engineering and technical workforce.

Winners of the TIANS Outstanding Designer Award are the core backbone of TIANS Design and staunch practitioners of the "Quality by Design" principle. Armed with forward-thinking design philosophies and consummate expertise, they keep forging new paths for the design team.
