Senior expert in domestic coke oven gas fine desulfurization and nitric phosphate fertilizer sectors, and a member of the Hebei Oceanographic Society. Pioneered the industrial application of China's first ionic liquid-based coke oven gas desulfurization technology. Played an end-to-end role in developing China's first process package for nitric phosphate fertilizer production via nitric acid decomposition of phosphorite—a technology with fully independent intellectual property rights—spanning engineering design, project construction, and the achievement of full production capacity and designed performance targets. 
With over a decade of deep expertise in chemical project construction, is proficient in government-enterprise liaison and project compliance management, and excels at full-lifecycle project management as well as the R&D and engineering scale-up of frontier technologies.
