She has served as Deputy General Manager of North China Pharmaceutical Group Beida Co., Ltd. and Chief Scientist of North China Pharmaceutical Hebei Huamin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. She has focused on the fields of biochemical engineering, antibiotics, and chemical APIs for more than 40 years. She is proficient in the development and scaling-up of key process technologies, integrated process of fermentation-extraction/separation and purification, system design of clean production and energy conservation and emission reduction, top-level design and technical decision-making of large-scale projects, production management and cost control. She has fully presided over the Kelun Pharmaceutical·Yili Chuanning Biotechnology Project, the world's largest manufacturing base for antibiotic intermediates.

She has been awarded the Advanced Worker in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Management, the Leader with Special Contributions to Enterprise Management Innovation in Hebei Province, the China Enterprise Management Achievement Award for the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up, the First-Class Award of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education, and the Second-Class Award of Science and Technology Progress of Hebei Province. She has presided over 14 central and provincial/municipal scientific research projects such as "High-efficiency Absorption/Adsorption Materials and Resource Utilization Technology for Typical VOCs in the Pharmaceutical Industry", "Development of Solvent-free Technology for Direct Preparation of 6-APA from Fermentation Broth", and "Development of Advanced Oxidation (Advanced) Treatment Technology for Strengthening Pharmaceutical Wastewater".
