An expert in electronic specialty gases and advanced material process technology, a senior engineer, a member of the Gas Subcommittee of the National Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Standardization Technical Committee, and the chief scientist of electronic materials at TIANS Group.
He has been deeply engaged in the fields of electronic specialty gases, precursors, and nuclear-grade catalytic materials for over twenty years, with full industrialization capabilities from R&D to mass production. He has led the research and industrialization of several electronic specialty gases like TEOS, hexafluorobutadiene, and hydrogen bromide, and established China’s largest single-unit TEOS production facility with a capacity of 1,200 tons per year. As the industrialization lead for the “02 Major Science and Technology Project,” he completed the engineering construction of projects including hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, and silicon tetrafluoride. He also achieved domestic substitution in the field of passive hydrogen composite devices for nuclear power plants. Previously, he served as project manager at China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 718 Institute, chief engineer at Jinhong Gas, and deputy general manager at Nanda Optoelectronics (Ulanqab) Co., Ltd.
