Recently, TIANS Group and D.I.P (DYNAMIC INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS) successfully held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. D.I.P will be responsible for the promotion and application of TIANS self-developed intelligent instantaneous sterilizing equipment and intelligent automatic cleaning machine in the Vietnamese market. Both parties will jointly serve Vietnamese and international customers to help upgrade the bio-fermentation industry. Based on 15 years of long-term accumulation and precipitation, TIANS intelligent instantaneous sterilizing equipment system has obtained 21 core patents and achieved multiple industry-leading technologies: it features the ultimate convenience of "one-click start", achieves extremely high reliability with a "sterility rate of 99.99%", and realizes significant energy-saving benefits with a "steam saving rate of over 70%". The system adopts a modular unit combination design, offering high flexibility, and has maintained an excellent record of zero equipment failure rate for many years. It was awarded the authoritative certification of "domestic leading level" in 2024 and is widely used in industries such as fermentation pharmaceuticals, amino acids, enzyme preparations, wastewater inactivation, and food and beverages.

The intelligent automatic cleaning machine is a high-pressure automatic cleaning device widely used in fermentation tanks and reaction kettles for 360° dead-angle-free cleaning. Controlled by an automated program, it not only eliminates potential safety hazards for personnel and improves the working environment for employees but also ensures stable and reliable cleaning results every time, providing a key guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of fermentation production.
