Expert in Fluorochemical Process Technology, Professorate Senior Engineerand Economist, Master's Degree Supervisor and National Science and Technology Progress Award reviewer. Serves as an evaluation expert for the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Awards and is recognized as a distinguished expert by various national ministries and commissions—including Science and Technology, Development and Reform, Industry and Information Technology, Ecology and Environment, Economic and Information Technology, and Emergency Management—as well as by the Shanghai municipal government. Holds memberships in the Subcommittee of the National Organic Chemicals Standardization Committee and the Resin Standardization Committee. Currently serves as the Chief Scientist for Fluorochemistry at TIANS Group.

Ph.D. in Materials Science and Master of Organic Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST). Specializes in fluorinated monomers and fluoropolymers (e.g., fluoroelastomers, fluororesins), fluorospecialties (e.g., surfactants, pharmaceutical intermediates, fluorine-containing electrolyte additives), fluorocarbons, specialty polymers (e.g., polyimide monomers and materials, fluorosilicone materials, biodegradable materials), and electronic chemicals. Possesses expertise in new product and technology development, process optimization, project investment management, and standardization. Formerly served as Vice General Manager of Shanghai Huayi 3F New Materials Co., Ltd. and Director of its Technology Center. Orchestrated and led the first National 863 Program project in the fluorochemical sector in China, spearheading the R&D and industrialization of multiple fluoropolymers, fluorinated monomers, fluorocarbons, and fluorosurfactants. Previously held positions including Vice President of the Technology Research Institute and Technical Director at Shanghai Huayi Group, successfully managing the R&D-to-commissioning process for multiple fine chemical intermediate products, with several technologies and products being the first of their kind in China.

Recipient of the Shanghai Leading Talent award, Shanghai Model Worker​ honor, and Advanced Party Representative​ of the Industrial System, among other accolades. Has been awarded multiple science and technology progress prizes, including the Provincial/Ministerial Level Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize, twice; Third Prize, once)​ and the Shanghai Quality Technology Award. Has undertaken over 40 national and Shanghai municipal scientific research and industrialization projects, with many achieving successful industrial application. Holds more than 60 invention patents, has published over 40 academic papers, and participated in the compilation and publication of 2 professional books​ (published by Chemical Industry Press).
