With more than ten years of in-depth experience in fluorochemical process R&D, industrialization of lithium battery electrolytes and chemical engineering construction, he has presided over or served as a core participant in multiple pilot and industrialization projects for fluorochemicals and lithium battery new materials. He is proficient in core technologies including process package development, HAZOP analysis, Aspen Plus simulation and CAD design. He possesses full-chain capabilities covering R&D, engineering design, plant construction and operation management, with rich experience in HSE management and team building. He has led the construction, commissioning and operation of projects for numerous enterprises such as Sinochem Lantian and Xinya Shanshan, and holds a number of technical patents.
