I graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a major in Organic Chemical Engineering in 1990, and from China Europe International Business School in 2018 with a Master's degree in Business Administration. Formerly served as the project leader of CNNC Fourth Research and Design Engineering Co., Ltd., deputy director and chief engineer of the Institute of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering, and deputy chief engineer of CNNC Fourth Research and Design Engineering Co., Ltd.

Has also been honored as an influential figure in the survey and design industry in Hebei Province and an outstanding survey and design worker.
