With 8 years of experience in automation design for petrochemical industry and 5 years in automation projects for pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries, he has rich experience in design and implementation. He is proficient in relevant specifications for automation and control in petrochemical and fine chemical industries, good at formulating process control and automation schemes as well as selecting instruments and valves, and familiar with mainstream domestic and foreign DCS and SIS control systems.
As the person in charge of automation and control design, he participated in the Zhejiang Petrochemical 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project in Zhejiang Province and the Shenmu Fuyou Energy Technology Co., Ltd. 500,000 tons/year coal tar full distillate hydrogenation to naphthenic oil project; completed several automation and control design projects such as Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical, Cangzhou Refining & Chemical, and Jingmen Petrochemical. As the person in charge of automation, he completed automation system engineering projects for many enterprises including Anhui Haofan, Qilu Pharmaceutical, Changchun Haiyue Pharmaceutical, and Zhejiang Yanyi New Energy.
He participated in the Phase II Project of CECEP Wanrun Industrial Park and won the Second-Class Achievement of Hebei Provincial Engineering Design Projects; holds 4 utility model patents such as "Reaction Kettle No-Residue Dripping Device" and "Multifunctional Jacketed Reaction Kettle with Precise Temperature Control"; has successively published themed papers including "Design and Application of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)" and "Discussion on the Automation Construction Process of Pharmaceutical Projects".
