Graduated from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology. Over the years, he has been committed to the research and development of special gas technologies, and has rich experience in small-scale and pilot-scale experimental verification of special gases, process optimization, packaging treatment, product filling, R&D project management, and talent cultivation. He has led and participated in the small-scale and pilot-scale experimental verification and process package development of special gases such as arsine, phosphine, tetraethyl orthosilicate, octafluorocyclobutane, hexafluorobutadiene, ethylene, carbonyl sulfide, and acetylene.

He has been awarded the titles of "Suzhou Key Urgently Needed Talent", "Yangcheng Lake Urgently Needed Talent", and "Chunshen Lake Urgently Needed Talent". He has published one scientific paper titled "Purification Process of Electronic Grade High-Purity Acetylene" and participated in applying for 8 patents such as "A Device for Removing Solid Particles from Ultra-High Purity Tetraethyl Orthosilicate Steel Cylinders".
