Expert in metallurgical electrical engineering design, senior engineer, registered electrical engineer, and electrical professional engineer at the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Design Center of TIANS Group.

Master of Electrical Engineering from Hebei University of Technology and Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University. He has been engaged in electrical and automation review and design work in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and metallurgical industries for nearly 20 years. He is well-versed in project design in fields such as biomedicine, synthetic biology, chemical pharmaceuticals, and metallurgical mines, and proficient in project feasibility studies, conceptual design, scheme design, basic design, detailed design, and various special articles. He presided over the compilation of "Unified Technical Measures for Electrical Control Principles of Air Conditioning Systems in Pharmaceutical Plants" and co-developed the intelligent electrical EEtool software.

He has successively presided over and participated in more than 100 engineering projects, including the expansion project of Qilu Antibiotics' sterile workshop, the cephalosporin API COS certification project of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory, the human synthetic API project of Shandong Lukang Biomedical Industrial Park, the first phase of Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Waisha Preparation Project, the relocation and reconstruction project of Northeast Pharmaceutical Group, the second phase of Kelun Group Yili Chuanning Bio 10,000-ton antibiotic project, the relocation and upgrading project of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Headquarters, the sterile API project of CSPC Ouyi Pharmaceutical, the second phase of Yuanping Huayue Pellet Project, Wuhu Fuxin Waste Heat Recovery (11MW generator set) Project, Shanxi Gaoyi Waste Heat Recovery (3MW generator set) Project, Benxi Shentie Group Blast Furnace Reconstruction and Expansion Project, Shanxi Fuyuantong Mining 800-ton/day activated limestone production line project, and Shanxi Wanrong 5 million tons of dolomite crushing project.

His projects have won one third prize of National Excellent Pharmaceutical Engineering Design, one second prize of Excellent Engineering Consulting in the light industry, two first prizes, six second prizes, and three third prizes of provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design, one second prize of nuclear industry ministerial QC achievements, and one second prize of Hebei Provincial QC achievements.

He has successively published papers on themes such as "Technical Discussion on Comprehensive Pipe Gallery in Electrical Design of Pharmaceutical Plants", "Functional Design and Application of Intelligent Lighting Control Systems", "Discussion on Electrical Design of Pharmaceutical Plants in Corrosive Environments", "Industrial Application of Inverters in Belt Conveyors", and "Application of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in Electrical Control" in national journals; and holds utility model patents such as "Current Sampling Switching Circuit", "A Dual-stage Cooling, Dehumidifying and Cooling Control Energy-saving System for VOCs Molecular Sieve Pretreatment", "A Low-temperature Purification Air Conditioning System for RABS Supporting", and "An Energy-saving Bistable Purification Air Conditioning System".
