He has a deep understanding of industry standards and rich experience and profound insights into structural design, analysis, and optimization.

He has participated in many chemical and pharmaceutical engineering projects and won awards. Among them, the technical upgrading project of human synthetic APIs in Lucheng Biomedical Circular Economy Industrial Park of Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. won the Third Prize of Excellent Projects in China Pharmaceutical Engineering Design in 2019; the expansion project (Phase I) of the sterile workshop of Qilu Antai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. won the Third Prize of Excellent Projects in China Pharmaceutical Engineering Design in 2019 and the First Prize of Hebei Provincial Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry in 2018; the third phase of the relocation and technical transformation project of Chifeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from urban area to industrial park won the Third Prize of Hebei Provincial Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry in 2018;
