A well-known domestic expert in fine chemical equipment design, a professor-level senior engineer, an appraisal and review expert for pressure vessel design permits of the State Market Regulation Administration, an expert of the Hazardous Chemicals Safety Expert Committee of the Hebei Provincial Work Safety Committee, an expert in special equipment emergency management of the Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and a deputy chief engineer and member of the Science and Technology Committee of TIANS Group.

He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical machinery from Hebei University of Technology. He has been engaged in the design, review, and approval of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines for more than 40 years, with rich experience in design, technical quality management, and talent training.

As the person in charge of the equipment specialty, he participated in projects such as the 12,580 tons/year new chemical special intermediate technical transformation project of Cangzhou Lingang Yano Chemical Co., Ltd. and the medical functionalized polyethylene glycol product project of Jilin Jinpaige Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which were recognized as first-class achievements in Hebei Provincial Engineering Survey and Design Projects.

He has won honors such as the "Outstanding Contribution Individual Award for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Hebei's Survey and Design Industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period" issued by the Hebei Provincial Engineering Survey and Design Association, the "Outstanding Figure Award for the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hebei Provincial Engineering Survey and Design Association", and "Industry Elite · Era Pioneer".

He has obtained multiple utility model patents such as "A Sleeve Structure for Medium and High Pressure Vessel Inlet Pipes to Prevent Thermal Stress Damage" and "Manhole with Core". He is the chief editor of major training textbooks for pressure vessel designers in Hebei Province, such as "Knowledge Questions and Answers on Pressure Vessel Design Technology" and "Knowledge of Pressure Vessel Design".
