Graduated from Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, majoring in Inorganic Chemical Engineering in the Department of Chemical Engineering. Over the years, he has been committed to the engineering design of inorganic, organic, and pharmaceutical chemical industries, with rich experience in design, process technology research and development, quality management, and talent cultivation.

He has presided over and participated in hundreds of design projects, serving clients including domestic top 100 chemical enterprises such as ENN Group enterprises, CSIC 718 Research Institute (Perryt Gas, Perryt Hydrogen Energy), Hebei Fengfeng Xinbao New Materials, Hebei Ningjin Xinbao New Materials, Henan Jingbao Coking, CSPC Group, Sino-Arab Chemical Fertilizer, Shaanxi Beiqiang Coking, Shijiazhuang Zhengtuo, Nantong Zhengtuo, Zibo Zhengtuo, and Sinopec Jiangxi Jiujiang Liquefaction Plant.

He has won many national and provincial excellent engineering consulting and design awards, including 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and 3 third prizes; 7 Hebei Provincial consulting and excellent design awards. He has published several scientific papers such as "Technical Analysis on the Operation of Coke Oven Gas Methanation to LNG Industrial Plant" and "Improved Design of Industrial Fluoride-containing Tail Gas Treatment Process", and holds a number of utility model and invention patents such as "A Biogas Fermentation Tank", "A Static Electricity Testing Device in the Process of Oil Storage and Transportation", and "Integrated Energy Matching System and Its Control Method".
