[Abstract]:

On July 8, 2020, the joint R & D project of multi-component VOCs and odor waste gas treatment unit undertaken by the group of Hebei International Science and technology cooperation project was approved by the expert group.

The acceptance review meeting was organized and presided over by Hebei Science and technology department. Experts from Hebei University of science and technology, Hebei Academy of Sciences, Hebei Academy of Environmental Sciences and other units were invited to form an acceptance expert group. Zhang XinQiao, director and vice president of TIANS Group, and Yao ZhenYong, chief engineer of environmental protection department and chief engineer of EPC Process Technology Center, participated in the defense.

 

Yao ZhenYong, chief engineer of environmental protection division of TIANS Group and chief engineer of EPC Process Technology Center, made a detailed report on project completion, research contents and economic and social benefits obtained. After the inquiry and discussion of the expert group, it was unanimously agreed that the project has fulfilled the requirements of various tasks and indicators specified in the mission statement. The new VOCs waste gas treatment combined device can realize the effective treatment of pharmaceutical fermentation tail gas, and has good social and economic benefits.

 

Project highlights

This project is an international cooperation project, which is jointly completed by TIANS Group and the University of New South Wales, Australia. The two sides have jointly developed a new type of VOCs catalytic oxidation catalyst, which can realize the catalytic incineration degradation of VOCs at lower temperature, and significantly reduce the treatment cost. The project has successfully developed a combined device for the treatment of atmospheric volume and low concentration VOCs waste gas, organic coupling and integrated application of pre-treatment system, pretreatment system, concentration system, post-treatment system and automatic control system. The molecular sieve adsorption device has been successfully applied to the treatment of fermentation waste gas in pharmaceutical industry, with remarkable treatment effect and highly recognized by users.

 

The achievement of this achievement marks TIANS Group a new breakthrough in the field of pharmaceutical waste gas treatment and the formation of domestic leading technology and equipment. The equipment has been applied in Yili CHUANNING Biotechnology Co., Ltd. fermentation waste gas treatment project. The operation of the device is stable, reaching the expected target, and users' feedback is good. In the future, the group will actively carry out research on industrial waste gas technology in combination with the development needs of a new round of environmental protection treatment technology, accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements and industrialization process, and become a comprehensive solution service provider covering the advanced treatment and resource utilization of industrial three wastes in multiple industries.
