Recently, Ding ZhiJie, Dong WenLiang, Ni Cheng and Yang RunYu, four experts from ShangHai Design and Research Institute of TIANS Group, were appointed as "academician expert service center experts" in Shanghai indoor environment purification industry.

 

 

The academician expert service center of ShangHai Indoor Environment Purification Industry Association was established in 2014 with the approval of ShangHai Academician Expert Workstation Guidance Office. The purpose is to integrate industry resources and actively carry out technical consultation, personnel training, standard preparation, technology research and development, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements with Academician and expert team. For a long time, it has provided policy support reports such as foreign environmental protection technology and equipment localization suggestions, clean industry development policy, Shanghai industrial clean industry development report, and compiled a large number of industry related standards with expert resources.

Domestic well-known pharmaceutical and chemical design experts, registered chemical engineer, professor level senior engineer, expert committee member of China Medical Equipment Engineering Association, ISPE member. Vice president and chief designer of TIANS Group, chairman and general manager of biomedical division, and vice chairman of TIANS science and Technology Committee.

He graduated from East China University of science and technology in 1986. In 1996, she became a trainee of Zhu Zhongfen, the only master of pharmaceutical design in China. He has given keynote speeches on pharmaceutical industry at the annual meeting of China Medical Equipment Engineering Association, ISPE annual meeting, and Fugo medical engineering and process validation training meeting.

As the process director and project manager, the project in charge has won many awards from the Institute, Ministry and national level. Among them, the project of biochip (Shanghai) Engineering Research Center and Tianjin Hualida Bioengineering Co., Ltd. won the second prize of China excellent engineering consulting achievement, the first prize of excellent design of Sinopec Group, and the project of biochip (Shanghai) Engineering Research Center won the certificate of outstanding collective in the practical meritorious work competition of key projects. The new plant construction project of Mudanjiang Youbo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. won the second prize of industrial excellent planning and design, the first prize of excellent architectural design and the first prize of excellent ecological environment in the first design Grand Prix of Mudanjiang economic and Technological Development Zone.

Dong WenLiang

 

He is a well-known pharmaceutical and chemical design expert, senior engineer, national pharmaceutical equipment technical evaluation expert, Shanghai Engineering Equipment Supervision Bidding expert, and external expert of Shanghai University of Technology. General Manager of Shanghai Design and Research Institute of TIANS Group and member of TIANS science and Technology Committee.

He graduated from the Department of fine chemical engineering, East China University of science and technology in 1986.

With more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, including engineering consulting, engineering design, engineering design project management, technical management and operation management. His leading projects include cosmetics, solid preparations, oral liquid, soft capsules, water injection, infusion, freeze-drying agent, powder injection, extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, external medicine, chemical synthetic medicine, raw material fine baking bag, etc. Familiar with the new GMP of China, GMP of EU and the design requirements of FDA for pharmaceutical plants, and have a comprehensive understanding of the overall planning of pharmaceutical projects, purification and air conditioning system, water, electricity, fire alarm and fire protection system, civil engineering, environmental protection and heating, engineering budget estimate and technical and economic analysis, etc., and has experience with many domestic pharmaceutical design institutes Regular communication and technical exchange, have a deep understanding of the current level of pharmaceutical equipment and actual use at home and abroad.

He is a well-known domestic pharmaceutical and chemical design expert, process director, project manager, deputy chief engineer of ShangHai Design and Research Institute of TIANS Group, and principal of process specialty.

He graduated from the Department of chemical engineering, East China University of science and technology in 1995. He once worked in Sichuan Tianyi Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yaxin Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.
