Wang Libin presides over the preparation of the Research Report on the Construction Planning of Shijiazhuang Ecological City, the Technical Report on the Protection Division of Drinking Water Source in Shijiazhuang, the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers in Shijiazhuang, the Emission Standard of Nitrogen Oxides for Coal-fired Boilers, The "14th Five Year" Plan of Ecological Environment Protection of Shijiazhuang, and the Evaluation of Regional Spatial Environment of Shijiazhuang and the Research Report of "Three Lines and One Single "，etc. Among the researches that Wang Libin presides, the Research on Source Analysis and Control Countermeasures of Atmospheric Particulate Matter in Shijiazhuang is awarded the third prize for scientific progress in Hebei Province; the Shijiazhuang Green GDP Accounting and Performance Appraisal Research is awarded the first prize for scientific progress in Shijiazhuang; the Research on Shijiazhuang Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Planning and the Research on Safety Analysis and Key Purification Technology of Surface Drinking Water in Provincial Capital are awarded the second prize for scientific progress in Shijiazhuang; the Light Calcium Carbonate Water Recycling Technology is awarded the third prize.
