As the general contractor of the project, TIANS Group is responsible for all three sections, covering the design, construction and commissioning of key functional platforms such as biomedical concept verification platforms, project team laboratories, drug screening platforms, animal laboratories, and GMP workshops, with a total construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters.

The project team is led by He Lixiong, Vice President of TIANS Group and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Design Center, as the commander-in-chief, and Liu Junlu, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Center, as the executive deputy commander-in-chief. During the design phase, the team collaborated efficiently and completed multiple rounds of scheme design and review with high quality; during the procurement and construction phases, relying on a mature supply chain system and refined project management, they overcame challenges such as limited space and intensive cross-operation. Through scientific scheduling and professional collaboration, the project team successfully achieved the on-time and high-quality delivery of various construction goals, winning high praise from customers.
