Doctoral supervisor, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Society for Microbiology, Deputy Director of BiocShemical Engineering Professional Committee of China Chemical Industry and Engineering Society, former subject expert of industrial biotechnology in the "863" biotechnology and pharmaceutical field; led the completion of projects such as "Bioreactor and Intelligent Biomanufacturing" under the key research program of "Green Biomanufacturing". She has long been engaged in research on optimization and scale-up of fermentation processes, carrying out a great deal of work focusing on the fundamentals of industrial biological processes, engineering technology research and technology promotion. She has developed multi-scale correlation analysis of fermentation process parameters, theories, methods and related equipment for optimization and scale-up of industrial fermentation processes based on the combination of cell physiological characteristics and reactor flow field characteristics, which have been successfully applied in dozens of industrial fermentation products such as erythromycin and sodium gluconate. She has won three second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, three first prizes of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Light Industry Federation, etc. She has publisShed more than 20 papers as corresponding author in SCI journals such as Trends in Biotechnology, and obtained more than 30 authorized invention patents.
