TIANS Group was selected as the first batch of applicable technologies for green chemical parks

The establishment of green chemical parks is an important direction for realizing the high-quality development of my country's chemical parks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and is also an important measure to implement the country's green development of the petrochemical industry. In order to better support the realization of green, low-carbon and sustainable development of chemical parks, the Chemical Park Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation initiated the application and certification of "Applicable Technologies for Green Chemical Parks in 2021" in July 2021. After voluntary declaration, document review, expert review, online publicity and other procedures, the first batch of 19 green chemical park applicable technologies covering the four major areas of pollution prevention, comprehensive environmental management, comprehensive utilization of resources, and ecological protection and restoration were finally selected. It was officially released on November 15. TIANS Group's "Multi-factor Synergistic Free Radical Oxidation and Biological Oxidation Coupling Advanced Treatment Technology Research and Application of Pharmaceutical Wastewater" was successfully selected for its advanced nature and unique technical advantages.

The selected "Research and Application of Multi-factor Cooperative Radical Oxidation and Biological Oxidation Coupling Advanced Treatment Technology for Pharmaceutical Wastewater"Innovatively developed advanced waste water treatment technology based on free radical oxidation technology and biological oxidation technology, and formed a complete set of waste water treatment technology and equipment through the construction of a personalized treatment system, which is widely used in the treatment of waste water in pharmaceutical companies.

(1) Developed efficient free radical oxidation technology. By studying the principles, influencing factors and catalytic mechanism of photocatalytic oxidation, electrocatalytic oxidation and ozone catalytic oxidation, a variety of catalytic oxidation unit modules have been constructed, and TOC, COD, GC-MS, LC-MS, HPLC, HS- GC and other tests analyzed the degradation process of a variety of characteristic pollutants, constructed a combined process technology model, and developed a photoelectric combined catalytic oxidation integrated technology, an ozone catalytic oxidation-hydrogen peroxide cooperative catalytic oxidation technology.

(2) Reveal the mechanism and control law of the catalytic material of the free radical oxidation system. The photocatalytic oxidation catalyst, electrocatalytic oxidation catalyst, MgO/AC, Ru/AC catalyst developed by SEM, TEM, XRD, ICP, BET and other detection technologies were used to perform detailed characterization, and the generation, diffusion and effect of hydroxyl radicals were constructed. The effect model reveals the mechanism, catalytic effect and control law of the catalyst under different conditions, and determines the catalyst preparation carrier, loading method and individual application scheme under different application conditions.

(3) Developed a combined process of free radical oxidation and biological oxidation with independent intellectual property rights. Through the integrated application of free radical oxidation technology and biological oxidation technology, a combined process of free radical oxidation and biological oxidation was developed, and a demonstration project for advanced wastewater treatment was established, which achieved stable treatment under different water volume and water quality conditions, reaching the domestic leading level .

After the publication of the first batch of applicable technology catalogs for green chemical parks, it will provide technical reference and choices for 1,000+ chemical park committees and related industrial enterprises. As an important support for the creation of green chemical parks, applicable technologies will actively promote the establishment of a group of green models with a demonstrative effect. A benchmark for chemical parks, leading the national chemical parks and even the entire industry to improve the level of green recycling and low-carbon development.
