Experts: API plant life cycle design, automation and environmental protection technology sharing

[Abstract]:

On November 3, at the 59th China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo, TIANS held a summit forum on "full life cycle design, automation and environmental protection of characteristic API plants". Focusing on the characteristic API project, TIANS process design expert Zhou LanXia, automatic control technology expert Yue ZongLi and wastewater treatment expert Ma ZhongQing introduced the characteristics and development trend of characteristic API workshop In terms of environmental protection, combined with specific cases, the application of electro catalytic oxidation technology in the purification of miscellaneous salts is introduced.

Sharing and Discussion on design concept of characteristic API workshop

Discussion on treatment process of high salinity and high concentration wastewater from chemical synthesis of API

Starting from the concept of system engineering, combined with the characteristics of high salinity and high COD wastewater, such as many drainage points, intermittent wastewater discharge, large collection tank for homogenization, high concentration and imbalance of carbon nitrogen ratio, several advanced pretreatment methods applied in actual production are elaborated through many years of industry experience and examples.

Based on cases and data, this paper introduces in detail the latest scientific research achievements of TIANS science and technology innovation center in this field: homogeneous photocatalytic oxidation technology, heterogeneous photocatalytic oxidation technology features and technology development process; key uses of ozone catalytic oxidation technology in the process of industrialization; and treatment of API wastewater with mature industrial technology It provides strong technical support.

This paper introduces and analyzes the environmental protection related equipment developed by TIANS, such as molecular sieve, new continuous elimination equipment, etc. Through the combination of technology and equipment, TIANS helps API to further improve its wastewater treatment capacity and green manufacturing level.

Presided over and participated in the CHUANNING biological environmental protection project in Xinjiang. He has deep research and rich engineering experience in VOCs waste gas treatment technology and sludge dewatering technology in pharmaceutical industry.

He has won the first prize of Hebei Province Science and technology progress, and 6-APA new production process has won the science and technology achievement award of Hebei Provincial Department of technology. He has published articles such as "improvement of synthetic process of roxithromycin" and "improvement of closed circulation of working fluid of water ring vacuum pump". He has deep attainments in the combination of antibiotic production process and equipment, membrane technology separation and other professional fields, and has rich experience in large-scale antibiotic engineering construction.
