Recently, the 2020 national excellent engineering consulting achievement award organized by China Engineering Consulting Association was announced. The "feasibility study report of Lepu bio monoclone PD-1 and PDL-1 industrialization project" undertaken by Shanghai Design and Research Institute of TIANS group won the third prize of 2020 national excellent engineering consulting achievement award.

Lepu bio monoclone PD-1 and PDL-1 industrialization projects, with a construction area of 12000 square meters, including one 500 liter and one 2000 liter production line respectively. The project adopts the international advanced disposable biological reaction technology and dialysis / ultrafiltration system, and the technological level has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level. The project is a key support project of Shanghai. In the process of the project, many difficulties such as the late start of domestic monoclonal antibody market, the scarcity of advanced experience that can be used for reference, and the difficulty of process development have been overcome. The layout of the plant is coordinated and beautiful, which fully embodies the concept of sustainable development and is recognized by both the owner and the government.

TIANS group has a number of design qualifications such as grade A in chemical and petrochemical design, Grade A in construction industry design and grade a credit certificate in engineering consulting unit. It has a full professional consulting and design organization structure composed of nearly 200 process and design talents. It has led the design of hundreds of pharmaceutical projects that meet the requirements of GMP / FDA / EMA in China, and has a wealth of raw materials, biological products, pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical products and so on Engineering design experience in Chinese patent medicine, medical equipment and environmental protection. Recently, TIANS group was awarded the title of director unit of China Medical Education Association. Meanwhile, Cheng song, director of marketing department of the group, was employed as the standing member of Pharmaceutical Technology Committee of China Medical Education Association.
