This annual marketing meeting was presided over by Liu Jintao, vice chairman of TIANS Group. He said that in 2021, TIANS Group's marketing work will be more closely integrated with the market; at the same time, through the marketing list, we can see what we have done A series of marketing actions have produced positive results. There are not only the efforts of the core and senior management, but also the contributions made by many middle-level and even grass-roots employees that go beyond their job responsibilities. Then, he compared the marketing situation at the beginning of 2021 with that at the beginning of 2022, and pointed out problems such as the unbalanced development of various business segments. Vice Chairman Liu Song analyzed the marketing work from the perspective of customer service and project organization. He said that doing a good job in projects under construction is the best market development, and maintaining good customer service is the advantage and characteristic of the times. In terms of organization, we should improve the efficiency of standardized processes and project organization to adapt to the rapid changes in the market.

Without the support of excellent categories such as the Biomedical Division, the Chemical Medicine Division, the Automatic Control Division, and the Chen Ping Laboratory, there would be no TIANS brand. Likewise, only when each category continues to improve itself can the brand be fed back to each business unit.

Third, "marketing is the golden key to solve all problems". At this stage, marketing is "1" and technology is "0" at the back, so that "1" can be changed to "10", and "10" can be changed to "100". But from a long-term perspective, it must be "1" in technology and "0" in other aspects.

Fourth, "a best company's systematic grid marketing system should be a natural gene, not an acquired gene."
