Recently, the desulfurizer waste heat power generation project of a mining company in Shanxi undertaken by the Metallurgical Division of TIANS Group achieved a successful grid connection. The project is an EPC general contracting project independently designed and implemented by Tianzhishi. It uses the waste heat of the suspended kiln to recover waste heat. It is also the first domestic floating kiln waste heat power generation project. Under the conditions of continuous production, the power generation system was successfully commissioned and put into operation.
Desulfurizer suspension kiln and waste heat boiler
This project and the company’s resource comprehensive utilization of environmentally friendly desulfurizer (quicklime) project are supporting construction, mainly consisting of a 0.7MPa, 260℃ superheated steam 14.8t/h waste heat boiler, a 2.2MW condensing steam waste heat power station, and a 1000m³ The circulating water station and other systems are combined with public and auxiliary facilities, in line with the national policies on energy conservation, emission reduction and low carbon emissions. The operation mode of the power station is grid-connected and not connected to the Internet, that is, the electricity generated is completely used by the user. This not only alleviates the current contradiction between supply and demand in the current enterprise curtailment production, but also improves the safety and reliability of production electricity.
In terms of energy saving, the self-consumption rate of the project is 13.8%, the annual external power supply is 1360.8×104kW.h, and the annual saving of standard coal is 5630t. In terms of environmental protection, the annual reduction of CO2 emissions by 14750t, SO2 emissions by 47.86t, NO emissions by 41.66t, no new pollutants discharged; no waste residue; wastewater discharge meets the requirements of the first-level standard of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996), equipment Cooling wastewater and boiler fixed discharge steam and water can all be recycled, which meets the requirements of low-carbon smelting under the situation of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
Turbine
At present, there are few enterprises or projects that adopt waste heat power generation technology in domestic white ash production line. This project is the first domestic lime suspension kiln to use waste heat power generation project. The project independently designed and implemented by the Metallurgical Division of TIANS Group has achieved "one-time grid connection". "Successful and stable operation", the technology used in the project has also increased the utilization rate of heat energy. The successful implementation of the project is not only of great significance to the company's optimization of resource allocation and sustainable development, but also of important strategic significance to the construction of white ash suspension kilns and even new dry-process cement production lines supporting low-temperature waste heat power generation products.
